B. Recipient of Personal Data / Processor
The processing of your data follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that regulates the use of personal data such as collection, registration, assembly, storage and disclosure, or a combination of these examples.
The personal data we
collect may include full names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company
names, and organization numbers. These
data are collected for our team members to ensure communication with potential,
existing, and former clients. Also, we need to collect the above-mentioned data
to deliver services and products to our clients and process possible
complaints. Other possible collection of private data might occur, e.g.
information you give us by filling out additional questionnaires.
If you have given us your consent, the processing takes place for the stated
purposes (Article 6 (1. a) of the GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any
time without affecting the legality of the processing, carried out based on the
consent until the revocation. The revocation can be submitted by email at contact@petritaglobal.com. Use the subject line “Revoke
consent”. Also, you can unsubscribe to any of our email communications by
clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of all our emails.
C. How we Collect and Receive Personal Data
Personal Data
We collect personal data mainly through our contact forms on our web pages,
email, phone, text messages, and messages via our social media channels. The data
we receive are given voluntarily, for example when a website user leaves
personal information through our contact forms, registration, or payment forms,
that allows us to respond to his/her email address and to send them our
products and services. Other forms of communication may also occur.
Please note that the
processing of your personal data might also relate to products and services offered
on specific pages which are handled through separate legal agreements. From
time to time we also conduct user and customer surveys to help us understand
the needs of our customers in a better way. We will strive to inform you how we
will use this information.
Petrita Global does not collect, register, or process any sensitive personal
information (e.g. ethnicity, religious preference, age, gender).
Data for communication purposes
We store data we receive through our channels of communication, e.g. data you
enter through our contact form on our website, email, text messages, social
media messages, social media posts, and other channels. We process your data to
communicate with you and to keep track of previous and current communication.
Data for billing and accounting purposes
If you purchase one of our services or programs, your address and payment information are stored securely on Stripe. Some mandatory data are used for accounting documents which are required by law in accordance with the Accounting Act.
User data, technical data, and marketing

We may also collect data for our internal website analysis, e.g. how you use
our website, your IP address, and other relevant data for our analysis systems.
We use these data to ensure that relevant information, campaigns, and ads are
provided to you in the best possible way and that our systems analyze
effectively.
D. What Personal Data We Share with others
Sometimes sharing your data with a third party is necessary and sometimes even required to run our business. This will include mainly IT suppliers, such as web hosting services, email, cloud-based services, and other software. Also, for our accounting, auditing, consulting, and statutory reporting to authorities. When you purchase any of our products, Stripe securely handles and stores your payment information.
Our landing pages for webinar registration, course information and registration, and the online course portal (teaching platform) are all hosted by FEA Create (Female Entrepreneur Association).

E. Security of your Personal Information
We take the security of your personal data seriously and handle the data in the
best possible way to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access or
change and affect your data. We only use reputable IT suppliers and their
software.
F. Inspection and Correction of your Personal Data
Following the GDPR Article 15, we are entitled access to the information that was given through the registration form. Transparency can be obtained by sending us a written request to contact@petritaglobal.com. If the registered information is not correct or they are incomplete, you can claim these corrected.
G. Storage and Deletion of your Personal Data
According to Article 17 (1a) of the GDPR, information that is no longer necessary
for the purpose for which it was stored shall be deleted. We store the personal
data of our customers in accordance with the current European legislation.
You can send us a request to delete your data at any time except for those data
we need to keep per applicable regulations, such as the Accounting Act.
If you additionally do not want to receive any further emails from us, please
kindly click the “unsubscribe” link you can find at the bottom of every email
you receive from us. If you wish that we delete your email addresses from all
our services, please send us an email to contact@petritaglobal.com. Use the subject line “Revoke
consent”.
H. Use of Third-Party Information sheets (Cookies)
We use cookies on our website for the visitor statistics to be reliable and to
increase the functionality of our pages.
According to the Electronic Communications Privacy Act §2-7b, we are obliged to
